For a 660 sq' garage floor coating project, how much product depends on what you want to see. Typical options are a solid color system or adding flakes to the colored basecoat followed by a clear protective topcoat.
Suggestions for a solid color system:
1.) Epoxy primer 3 gallons (not needed for adhesion but helps reduce change of outgassing of concrete which can cause bubbles in the basecoat epoxy.
2.) Epoxy 100% solids in a color 4.5 gallons
3.) Flakes if desired can range from 3 lbs for a light coverage to 80 lbs for a full flake coverage (see only flakes, no epoxy).
4.) Polyaspartic Clear topcoat 4.5 gallons.
