Yes, the 6009 Epoxy 100% solids floor coating can be used directly over an existing epoxy under the following conditions: Existing epoxy needs to prepared so it is free of any chips, cracking or peeling before application. Any defects need to be cleaned up and repaired. Will need to then run a 100 grit sander over the entire surface to rough it up, vacuum, then right before applying the 6009 Epoxy, wipe the existing surface with acetone solvent and when it flash dries minutes later, apply the new coat of 6009 Epoxy.
