Yes you can apply any kind of resilient flooring over the Advanced Waterproofer. The Advanced Waterproofer works below the surface and does not leave any surface film and so won't interfere with a flooring applied over it. This would include hardwood, laminate, vinyl, linoleum, tile etc.
