Is Perfect Primer combustible? Do I need to shut off gas valves to furnace and water heater in the basement?

PerfectPrimer is a water based acrylic coating that is not combustible. Safety Data Sheet indicates a flash point of 999°F (537°C) and VOC level less than 50 g/L and is not regularted under US DOT Regulations for transport.
